Excellence Through Experience

A boutique paralegal firm dedicated to providing attorneys with the highest caliber of litigation support, built on more than twenty years of litigation experience and an unwavering commitment to client success.

Our Foundation

Three core principles guide every engagement

Excellence

Held to the highest standards of accuracy, thoroughness, and professionalism on every task undertaken.

Precision

Meticulous attention to detail, aimed at consistently high-quality deliverables that meet the exacting demands of litigation practice.

Partnership

Every client relationship is treated as a long-term partnership built on trust, responsiveness, and mutual respect.

Built on Experience, Driven by Excellence

Concierge Paralegal Services was founded on a simple premise: attorneys deserve litigation support that matches the caliber of their practice. Too often, paralegal services are treated as a commodity — transactional, impersonal, and focused on volume over value.

Founder Richard Haberle takes a different approach. Drawing on more than twenty years of experience in high-stakes litigation, he built a boutique practice that prioritizes quality, discretion, and genuine partnership. As a solo practice, every engagement gets his direct attention — no hand-off to a junior associate, no diffusion of accountability.

Today, CPS serves a select roster of attorneys and firms who value meticulous work product, responsive communication, and the confidence that comes from working with a trusted extension of their practice.
